Job Summary

Join our team as a Principal Infra Developer where you will leverage your extensive experience in Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon to enhance our retail banking infrastructure. In this hybrid role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure seamless operations. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional banking services to our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions tailored for retail banking environments ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of Splunk Grafana and ELK stack to enhance monitoring and logging capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on SRE practices to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Dynatrace AppMon for advanced application monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Grafana to provide insights into system performance.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure management and automation to streamline operations.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all infrastructure activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve infrastructure capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality banking services.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon with proven experience in these technologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in retail banking domain with a strong grasp of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues effectively.
  • Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing infrastructure improvements.
  • Possess a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in infrastructure development and management.
