Job Summary

As a Test Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications within the laboratory information management systems domain. You will utilize your expertise in Robot Framework and LIMS configurations to execute test plans and identify defects. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency and reliability of software solutions ultimately benefiting the companys mission to provide cutting-edge technology solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and functionality within laboratory information management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies that align with project goals.
  • Utilize Robot Framework to automate test cases enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
  • Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports on test results highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance software performance.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes or updates.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process promoting a culture of quality.
  • Analyze test data and metrics to identify trends and patterns providing insights for process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on project timelines and business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies applying them to improve testing processes.
  • Contribute to the development of testing documentation and guidelines ensuring consistency and clarity across projects.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Robot Framework and LIMS configurations demonstrating technical proficiency in these areas.
  • Have a solid understanding of laboratory information management systems including Labwise LIMS and Labvantage LIMS.
  • Experience in data models is a nice-to-have skill enhancing the ability to analyze and interpret complex data structures.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
  • Show adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as required.

    • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst
