Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for driving the development and integration of CommerceTools solutions within the industrial manufacturing and finance domains. You will leverage your expertise in CommerceTools architecture and backend to enhance our digital platforms ensuring seamless content management with Contentful CMS. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of CommerceTools solutions to optimize digital platforms for industrial manufacturing and finance sectors
• Oversee the integration of CommerceTools with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality
• Provide technical expertise in CommerceTools architecture to enhance system performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CommerceTools solutions with business objectives and user needs
• Develop and maintain backend services using CommerceTools to support robust and efficient operations
• Ensure the effective use of Contentful CMS for content management enhancing user experience and engagement
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve CommerceTools applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions to maintain service continuity
• Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on CommerceTools and related technologies
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems to enhance functionality and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualification

• Possess strong expertise in CommerceTools architecture and backend development
• Demonstrate proficiency in integrating CommerceTools with various systems
• Have extensive experience with Contentful CMS for effective content management
• Show a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing and finance domains
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Have a proven track record of driving innovation and implementing best practices in software development
• Possess excellent communication skills to facilitate workshops and training sessions
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate and recommend system improvements
• Show proficiency in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Exhibit a commitment to contributing to strategic goals and enhancing operational efficiency
• Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in CommerceTools and related domains
• Display adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shift responsibilities effectively.
