Job Summary
The BD Sr. Director will drive business development strategies and initiatives focusing on expanding market presence and enhancing client relationships. With a strong background in EBS-Human Resources the candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize business processes and deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business growth and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive the optimization of business processes using EBS-Human Resources expertise.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients enhancing satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices in business development and client engagement to maximize impact.
- Support the development of marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in business development or related fields.
- Demonstrate expertise in EBS-Human Resources and its application in business processes.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
- Show proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Display excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have a strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or equivalent certification in business development.
