Job summary
As a Business Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing business processes. You will leverage your expertise in AWS Tableau and Apache Spark to enhance data-driven decision-making. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with 17 to 21 years of experience to lead projects that align with our companys goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with organizational objectives and drive growth.
- Utilize AWS to manage and optimize cloud-based solutions ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Analyze complex datasets using Tableau to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Implement Apache Spark for big data processing enhancing the speed and reliability of data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and streamline operations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all business activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support business objectives.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in AWS demonstrating ability to manage and optimize cloud solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in Tableau with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that support business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Spark showcasing expertise in big data processing and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully to achieve business goals.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation ensuring optimal financial performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
