About the role

As an OFSAA Technical Consultant, you will make an impact by designing, building, and optimizing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions—spanning data integration (T2T, DT), data quality (DQ), regulatory reporting frameworks (RRF, PMF), and GL Reconciliation—to enable accurate, scalable, and compliant reporting for financial institutions. You will be a valued member of the Financial Risk & Regulatory Reporting team and work collaboratively with product owners, data engineers, business stakeholders, and compliance teams across Cognizant and client organizations.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end technical design and development within OFSAA, including T2T/DT mappings, DQ rules, PMF configurations, RRF setups, and GL Reconciliation components to meet regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Architect and maintain OFSAA metadata and data models (FSDF) and implement high‑quality data ingestion pipelines from source systems into the OFSAA platform.
  • Implement and operationalize regulatory reporting applications (e.g., FSDF/CECL/CCAR) ensuring data lineage, controls, and auditability.
  • Build and optimize analytics and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and ThoughtSpot to provide self‑service reporting and insights.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (Risk, Finance, Compliance, Data) to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions; drive best practices and performance tuning.

  • Proficiency with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) for BI/reporting and dashboard development.
  • ThoughtSpot experience for building search‑based analytics and operational reporting.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience designing and operating GL Reconciliation processes end‑to‑end, including exception handling and controls.
  • Expertise in extracting and loading data from source systems into the OFSAA platform (batch/ETL, performance tuning, and operational reliability).
  • Knowledge of data governance practices (data quality frameworks, control catalogs, lineage and audit readiness).
  • Familiarity with risk and finance data domains (ALM, liquidity, credit risk, stress testing) and associated regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to cloud/hybrid data architectures and performance optimization for large‑scale financial datasets.
