1. Managing and supporting all required iterations of the contract document through completion, maintaining ownership of contract document throughout the process.
2. Identifying sales opportunities with Services content that has progressed to a sales stage in which contract document (e.g., Statements of Work and Project Change Requests) preparation activities should begin.
3. Driving the production of services contract documents (i.e., Statements of Work and Project Change Requests) to completion, coordinating the work and inputs provided by multiple teams contributing content to those documents.
4. Gathering cost and effort information from engaged delivery teams and consolidating into an integrated financial model.
5. Serving as a single point of contact and accountability for delivering a reviewed and approved contract document to the sales opportunity owner for presentation to and negotiation with the customer.
6. Assist with management and updates of the CMO template library.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Technology Management or Law degree required. PMP Certification preferred. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Minimum of eight years' related experience. Minimum of four years' experience in the technology services industry, selling or implementing software applications and two years' experience in preparing proposals, Statements of Work and/or Project Change Requests preferred.
Technical Competencies:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Detailed understanding of the Sales lifecycle as applicable to selling software implementation and operations solutions.
· Understanding of the methodologies employed in implementing and operating enterprise software-based solutions.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
Behavioral Competencies:
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skill with all levels of management. Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
· Excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
· Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently with a strong attention to detail.
Travel Requirements: Limited travel.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and
subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
