Required Skills:

· Trainer will be responsible for overseeing complete management of the Training & Policy related initiatives.

· Content Creation: Research, draft, and edit technical documents, including manuals, installation guides, user guides, and FAQs.

· Simplifying Information: Translate complex technical, mechanical, or scientific jargon into plain, easy-to-understand language for end-users.

· Maintenance: Maintain a library of technical documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest product releases.

· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the subject matter

· Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and engagingly.

· Organization: Strong project management skills to manage training schedules, data, and materials.

Areas of Responsibilities:

· Ensure that training is conducted timely and training is in line with findings

· Track Training Surveys to understand feedback provided to trainers

· Identify and recommend modifications or additions in content to facilitate the learning needs of the new hires and tenured agents.

· Ramp-ups (new hire/pilots/ad-hocs)

o Conceptualize training interventions as per the learning gaps identified

o Analyze monthly outcomes and focus on low scoring areas

o Overall governance and monitoring of new hire and planning

o Create training program

Performance Management:

· Track performance/rollouts

· Conducts periodic process knowledge tests to ensure all process updates are read and understood via Elixers

Salary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $38.46 per hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
