Job Summary

As a Sr. Software Engineer B2 you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality software solutions using SQL Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite providing flexibility and balance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust software solutions using SQL Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Framework to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
• Implement best practices for software development and ensure high-quality code standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding and architecture strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software applications to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure smooth operation of applications. Qualifications
