IDM Support Engineer (SA)

The App Security Specialist will play a crucial role in safeguarding our applications by implementing robust security measures. With a focus on Identity Management and Governance the specialist will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. This hybrid role requires expertise in Java and CA/Broadcom Identity solutions contributing to the companys mission of secure digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive security protocols to protect applications from unauthorized access and data breaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into application development processes
• Analyze security requirements and design solutions that align with industry standards and best practices
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation for security policies procedures and guidelines
• Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on security-related issues
• Monitor application security alerts and respond promptly to incidents to minimize impact
• Utilize Java programming skills to enhance security features within applications
• Manage and optimize CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools for effective identity management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor security solutions accordingly
• Drive initiatives to improve overall security posture and reduce risk exposure. Qualifications
• Possess a strong understanding of Identity Management and Governance principles
• Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for application security enhancement
• Experience with CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools is essential
• Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager is highly desirable
• Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Certifications Required

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Oracle Identity Management Certification
