Directory Services LDAP Specialist (SA)
As an Infra. Technology Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the companys Active Directory infrastructure. You will ensure seamless integration and functionality of LDAP services contributing to the overall efficiency and security of our IT systems. Your expertise will support the companys mission to deliver reliable and secure technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Active Directory infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Oversee the integration and functionality of LDAP services within the organizations IT environment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory and LDAP-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security protocols and policies for directory services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory configurations and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of directory services to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement best practices for directory service management and security.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure seamless hybrid work model integration with directory services.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and address their directory service needs.
- Support the companys mission by delivering reliable and secure technology solutions.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and security of IT systems through expert directory service management.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in directory services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Administration.
- Possess strong experience in LDAP integration and management.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in directory services.
- Showcase ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex directory service issues.
- Exhibit knowledge of security protocols and policies related to directory services.
- Display proficiency in documentation and process development for IT systems.
- Present strong analytical skills for system performance monitoring and improvement recommendations.
Certifications Required
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
