Job Summary

As a Sr. Software Engineer B2 you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using cutting-edge technologies. With a focus on Mongo DB JUnit5 GIT Oracle SQL Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Framework you will contribute to the companys mission of delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust software applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain efficient database solutions using Mongo DB and Oracle optimizing data retrieval and storage processes.
• Utilize JUnit5 for comprehensive testing and validation of software components ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Manage version control and code repositories using GIT facilitating seamless collaboration and code integration.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of applications ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to maintain code quality and consistency across projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
• Engage in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies integrating them into existing solutions to drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols safeguarding sensitive data and information.
