Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and enhance TrackWise Digital application components including workflows, integrations, and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
  • Lead requirement workshops and design sessions with business teams; document specifications and workflow designs.
  • Manage end‑to‑end TrackWise Digital configuration activities, including SDFC.
  • Perform business requirements analysis, impact assessments, and risk assessments for proposed technical enhancements.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure configurations align with client needs and quality standards.
  • Present multiple design options within TrackWise Digital and align stakeholders on the optimal solution.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system roadblocks; propose effective workarounds or alternate solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, process walkthroughs, and user workshops for business stakeholders.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise for integrating external systems with TrackWise Digital.
  • Apply deep knowledge of Pharma Quality Management processes such as Deviation, Change Control, Complaints, CAPA, etc.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver both functional and technical training sessions.
  • Create, review, and support validation documentation (e.g., FS, CS).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Provide project updates and status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exhibit strong leadership to guide teams toward high‑performance outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with business users, explaining technical details in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation: - $110,000 to $130,000 +/- and this position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 4/11/2026
