We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team!

What do we value?

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst that has strong analysis capabilities to monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality;

· Identify different and negative test scenarios, detect risks and report them in a timely manner.

· Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness;

· Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality;

· Test cases and test plan creation;

· Write and execute test scripts;

· Report and keep tracking of issues,

· Identify potential problems users may encounter;

· Test in different environments including web and mobile;

· Drive innovation and streamline overall testing process;

· Run manual and automated tests;

· Fluent communication with the different teams and stakeholders;

· Work towards departmental and project deadlines;

· Provide objective feedback to software development project teams.

Necessary skills and experience required:

· Graduated in Software engineering, Electrical engineering, mathematics, technician, technologist or related Education Certificate.

· +5 years of previous experience in a Quality Assurance / Testing role;

· Knowledge and/or experience in ServiceNow platform.

· Test Plans and Test Cases creation experience (standard & best practices);

· Test experience in different environments including web and mobile;

· Experience working in an Agile environment;

· Requirements gathering and management experience;

· Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills;

· Identify different test scenarios in a requirement;

· Identify negative test scenarios;

· ISTQB Foundations – desired;

· ITIL Foundations Certified – desired;

· Scrum master certification – desired;

· Strong history of problem-solving.
