Job Summary
· Join our team as a Principal Functional Architect in ISG where you will leverage your extensive experience in domain research and risk management to drive innovative solutions.
· You will play a crucial role in shaping our strategies and ensuring the successful implementation of white papers.
· Lead the development and implementation of functional architecture strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
· Oversee the creation and execution of white papers to guide project development and ensure alignment with industry standards.
· Provide expert guidance on domain research methodologies to enhance the quality and impact of our projects.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution. Drive innovation by integrating research and development insights into functional architecture designs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all architectural solutions. Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and refine architectural plans.
· Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
· Utilize advanced risk management techniques to safeguard project integrity and success.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
· Mentor and support team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Contribute to the companys mission by delivering solutions that positively impact society and drive business growth. Qualifications
· Possess a deep understanding of domain research and its application in functional architecture. Demonstrate proficiency in risk management strategies and their implementation in complex projects. Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
· Have experience in developing and executing white papers that influence project direction.
· Show expertise in research and development processes and their integration into architectural designs. Display excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
· Hold a minimum of 14 years of experience in relevant fields with a preference for up to 18 years.

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $155,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
