Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and implementation to support the delivery of high‑quality technical solutions for our clients.

What will make you successful in this position?
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator).
• 1+ CIS certifications + CAD certification (desired).
• Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
• Advanced development experience implementing ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to manage key project processes: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, effort estimation and hands‑on advanced development.
• Experience attending, participating and occasionally leading Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with the customer.
• Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features, collaborating closely with the implementation team.
• Deliver high‑quality technical development and configuration work, providing guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Provide technical design guidance aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Perform code reviews for Technical Consultants.
• Support and mentor developers (Technical Consultants) with implementation approaches and technical questions.
• Strong communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills.

What will be your mission?
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will contribute to the delivery of robust ServiceNow solutions by owning complex development tasks, guiding junior developers and ensuring adherence to technical best practices.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications to meet customer requirements with high technical quality.
• Lead and participate in technical design discussions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams and integration specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Review and validate code from other developers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team planning and continuous improvement.
• Support customers directly, participating in workshops, demos and technical sessions.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
• Assist with estimations, breakdown of user stories and definition of technical tasks.
