Job Summary

The DGM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in driving the success of our ISV and Hi-Tech projects. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in English communication to ensure seamless project delivery. This role demands a strategic approach to managing complex projects fostering innovation and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ISV and Hi-Tech projects ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide strategic insights to optimize project workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders utilizing English proficiency to convey project updates and insights.
• Develop and implement best practices for project management focusing on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
• Evaluate project performance and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.
