Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now & BMC Helix Integration and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals.

•Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and align with company goals.
•Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure architecture. - Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team for BMC Helix and Service Now.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions for BMC Helix and ServiceNow
•Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure performance.
•Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.
•Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
•Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Lead the implementation of Service Now solutions to streamline IT service management.
•Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
•Capability development through coaching, training, and user adoption programs for infrastructure tools, BMC Helix, and ServiceNow solutions.
•Lead organization wide disaster recovery strategy, testing cycles, and resilience improvements to support business continuity mandates.
•Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation across infrastructure and ITSM operations to enhance service quality and operational maturity.

•Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for infrastructure processes and architecture.
•Monitored system performance, identified risks, and resolved infrastructure issues proactively.
•Led implementation and optimization of ServiceNow to streamline IT service management workflows.
•Ensured adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and security policies.
•Delivered end user training and support on infrastructure tools and technologies.
•Participated in disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous readiness improvements.
•Championed continuous improvement initiatives to modernize infrastructure operations and best practices.
