Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using SQL .Net Core and Azure technologies to enhance our Bioinformatics projects.
• Oversee the design and architecture of scalable applications that meet the needs of our Bioinformatics domain.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions within existing systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding practices and technology utilization.
• Analyze complex data sets within the Bioinformatics domain to derive meaningful insights and drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and Bioinformatics.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in SQL .Net Core and Azure.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of Bioinformatics projects aligning with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in SQL .Net Core and Azure with proven experience in developing robust applications.
• Have a deep understanding of Bioinformatics with the ability to apply domain knowledge to software solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.
