Job summary

The Sr. Architect role is pivotal in driving the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions using BY Supply Chain Planning. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize processes ensuring seamless integration and enhanced efficiency. This position requires a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of experience in the field.


Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative supply chain planning solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement BY Supply Chain Planning solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain planning and management.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in supply chain planning.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
  • Lead the development of documentation and reports that communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to forecast demand and plan inventory levels effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain planning capabilities. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in BY Supply Chain Planning with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive strategic insights.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in supply chain planning.
  • Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and reporting to communicate project outcomes.
  • Display effective communication skills to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
