About the Role
As a Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing Workday Financial Management, Workday Reports, and Workday HCM solutions that drive business efficiency and strategic growth. You will be a valued member of our team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust solutions for Asset and Wealth Management, with a preference for experience in Asset Management Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to optimize business processes and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
- Oversee the development and customization of Workday Reports to ensure accurate and timely data insights for decision-making.
- Provide expertise in Workday HCM to streamline human capital management processes and improve employee experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday solutions with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Analyze current asset and wealth management processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Workday implementations and configurations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday configurations, processes, and best practices to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Workday solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation and minimal disruption to business activities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to maximize the value of Workday investments.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Workday solutions with other enterprise systems for a cohesive technology ecosystem.
- Stay updated on Workday product enhancements and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong background in Workday Financial Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Expertise in Workday Reports and HCM, with the ability to customize and optimize these solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Asset and Wealth Management, with experience in Asset Management Operations as a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
