We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as .NET Developer

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in SQL and .Net Core to drive impactful solutions. With a focus on innovation you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing applications that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of robust applications using SQL and .Net Core to meet business requirements.

· Oversee the integration of new technologies and frameworks to enhance system performance and scalability.

· Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of software solutions.

· Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on operations.

· Develop and maintain documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.

· Implement best practices in coding and software development to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

· Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and improve overall code quality.

· Optimize database performance through effective SQL query design and execution.

· Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skillset and contribute to innovation.

· Drive initiatives that align with the companys mission to deliver impactful solutions that benefit society.

Required Skills:

· 2 - 6 years of experience with SQL .Net Core

· Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and .Net Core showcasing strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

· Possess a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.

· Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

· Show adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies as required.

· Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience in technical roles.

· Display a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

· Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
