Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing IT services and support systems. Your expertise in Change LifeCycle Management IT Service Management and Incident Management will be essential in ensuring seamless operations. You will be responsible for supporting end-user tools including Nexthink and providing Macintosh OS X laptop support. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize IT services to ensure seamless operations and support for end users.
  • Oversee Change LifeCycle Management processes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide expert IT Service Management to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Handle Incident Management to swiftly resolve issues and minimize downtime.
  • Support end-user tools such as Nexthink to improve user experience and system performance.
  • Deliver Macintosh OS X laptop support to ensure smooth functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Utilize Service Now for efficient service management and problem resolution.
  • Implement Windows and networking solutions to enhance remote desktop support.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate multi-channel domain skills into IT processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and provide proactive solutions to potential issues.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Facilitate communication between IT teams and other departments to streamline operations.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Change LifeCycle Management and IT Service Management.
  • Possess strong skills in Incident Management and end-user tool support.
  • Have experience with Macintosh OS X laptop support and Service Now.
  • Show expertise in Windows and networking for remote desktop support.
  • Understand multi-channel domain skills and their application in IT processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve goals.


Certifications Required

ITIL Foundation Certification Nexthink Certified Professional Service Now Administrator Certification.
