About the role

As an Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using advanced technologies. You will leverage your expertise in Jenkins Airflow Kubeflow and AWS services to drive innovation and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement scalable architectures using Jenkins Airflow and Kubeflow to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS services like Code Pipeline CodeDeploy CodeCommit and CodeBuild for seamless deployment processes.
  • Utilize AWS CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning ensuring consistency and reliability across environments.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using AWS Machine Learning and Amazon Sagemaker to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration enhancing application scalability and resilience

Work model: On Site

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in New York, NY.

What you need to have to be considered

· 8+ years in IT related role

· Possess extensive experience in Jenkins Airflow Kubeflow and AWS services demonstrating a strong technical acumen.

· Have a solid understanding of ML Ops practices and machine learning model deployment.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Docker Kubernetes and Terraform for efficient infrastructure management.

· Exhibit expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI showcasing innovative problem-solving skills.

· Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.

· Strong collaboration skills enabling effective communication and teamwork across diverse teams.

· Ability to mentor and guide team members fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 27, 2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000- $130,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
