Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Backoffice Helpdesk Specialist where you will play a crucial role in supporting our hi-tech operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of helpdesk procedures to improve service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest hi-tech advancements and customer service techniques.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and suggestions for enhancing helpdesk operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance your technical skills and customer service expertise.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries and resolutions.
