Job Summary

The Test Analyst role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications within the Retail Banking domain. With a focus on API testing Selenium and Java Fullstack the candidate will contribute to the development and execution of test strategies that enhance the user experience. This position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience working from the office during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and performance in Retail Banking applications.
• Execute API testing using advanced techniques to validate functionality and integration of banking systems.
• Utilize Selenium for automated testing to streamline processes and improve efficiency in software validation.
• Implement Java Fullstack skills to support testing frameworks and enhance application reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards within the Retail Banking sector.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve testing methodologies and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and testing efficiency.
• Engage in cross-functional team meetings to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Contribute to the development of automated testing scripts to reduce manual testing efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate test environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in API testing demonstrating the ability to validate complex integrations.
• Have extensive experience with Selenium showcasing proficiency in automated testing frameworks.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of Java Fullstack supporting robust testing environments.
• Exhibit understanding of Retail Banking domain ensuring relevant application testing.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new testing technologies.
• Display excellent analytical skills providing valuable insights into test results.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clarity in reporting.
