Job Summary

The Test Manager role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products in the Cards & Payments domain. With a focus on API testing Selenium Python Advanced JavaScript and Advanced Java the candidate will drive testing strategies and execution. This position requires a minimum of 12 years of experience and offers a day shift work model from our office with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies that align with project goals and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Oversee the execution of test plans ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues enhancing the overall product quality.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium Python to streamline testing processes.
• Utilize Advanced JavaScript to create robust test scripts that effectively validate application functionality.
• Apply Advanced Java skills to design and execute complex test scenarios ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Conduct API testing to verify the integrity and reliability of backend services contributing to a stable product environment.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Cards & Payments domain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of quality and excellence within the team.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality products that positively impact society. Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in API testing demonstrating the ability to validate complex service interactions.
• Have extensive experience with Selenium Python showcasing proficiency in automated testing frameworks.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of JavaScript enabling the creation of dynamic and effective test scripts.
• Exhibit advanced skills in Java capable of designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios.
• Bring domain expertise in Cards & Payments ensuring alignment with industry standards and practices.
• Display excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
• Show strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
