We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst to work with us in our Finance LATAM Team

What do we value?

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code invoices into the system with the correct GL account, Taxes and WHT and send to approvers
• Make sure that all invoices are coded and paid on time
• Fix the WHT for all vouchers ready to pay regarding Argentina and Softvision one day before the payment
• Prepare the accrual file regarding LATAM Countries the payments for LATAM countries, send by email to our Global team process
• Manage administrative tasks regarding Amex and Taxi in Argentina

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced English is a MUST.
• Experience in Finance Area (Accounts Payable)
• Knowledge of Withholding Taxes / Fiscal Laws of Argentina
• Knowledge of Chart of Account (GL classification - Service and Goods)

• Knowledge to process payments for Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, Chile, Guatemala and Brazil ( Will be a plus);
• Knowledge of Withholding Taxes / Fiscal Laws of Brazil (Will be a plus)
• Excel Intermediate (Pivot Table, Vlookup, SUMIF ,Graphics, etc.)
