Blending deep industry expertise with technology-led advisory capabilities, we deliver innovative solutions for Fortune 500 clients. And now, we’re looking for our next colleague to help shape the future of consulting. Could it be you?

About the Role

FIS delivers cloud‑enabled Banking Solutions—including IBS, Modern Banking Platform, and Digital One—supported by scalable BPaaS/managed services operations. As a Senior Consulting Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end solutioning, transitions, and service governance for clients migrating to these managed service models. You will design operating models, direct transitions, and ensure consistent SLA delivery and continuous improvement.

In this role you will:

Solution Design & Business Case

  • Lead discovery sessions to assess current operations and design future‑state models aligned to FIS Banking Solutions.
  • Define scope, RACI, SLAs, KPIs, controls, and business cases for migration to BPaaS/managed services.

Transition & Migration Management

  • Drive transition planning includes workstreams, dependencies, risks, cutovers, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop runbooks, playbooks, and readiness plans to ensure stable Day‑1 operations and successful hypercare.

Service Governance & Operations

  • Establish governance frameworks and oversee SLA/KPI performance across global delivery teams.
  • Manage operational cadence, issue resolution, release/change processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Process, Automation & Controls

  • Identify opportunities for automation, STP, workflow optimization, and AI/ML‑enabled improvements.
  • Define and maintain operational controls, audit readiness, and regulatory alignment.

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Advise senior client stakeholders, provide status and risk reporting, and support commercial activities including SOWs and change requests.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align designs with platform roadmaps.

Team Leadership & Practice Development

  • Lead cross‑functional teams and mentor consultants and BPaaS/BPS resources.
  • Contribute to delivery frameworks, templates, and reusable assets.

Work Model:

We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • 10+ years in banking operations and managed services/BPO/BPaaS transformations.
  • Strong experience with SLA/KPI governance, incident/change management, and multi‑tenant environments.
  • Delivery experience with at least one FIS Banking Solutions domain (core, digital, reconciliations, loan servicing, trust/custody, or middle office).

These will help you succeed:

  • Proven expertise leading transitions, cutovers, mock cycles, and hypercare.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation:

Base salary range (good-faith estimate): $98,853 - $134,500 annually.

Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to applicable plan terms.
