Excellent opportunity for Environment Delivery Analyst to be part of our Cloud Infrastructure & Security services practice. Cognizant Infrastructure Services – Provides IT infrastructure & Cloud services for clients across industry verticals, including both Consulting/Professional and Managed Services, across Enterprise Computing, Cloud services, Security Services, DevOps, Data Centres, End User Computing, Service Desk, Network Services and Environment Management Services.

Role requires working from office 5 days a week from office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and deliver the objectives for environment delivery across NPO Services
• Ensure end to end integration, build levels and correct configurations are maintained not only from Salesforce perspective but from all the peripheral components.
• Ensure uncontrolled changes are not performed directly in to test envs and they are maintained at correct testing baseline.
• Own the environment issues from end to end perspective and work with support teams to lead the resolution or arrange war rooms where multiple teams are required such as multiple App support teams to enable the testing journeys or infra and networks teams.
• Appropriate access controls are maintained in test envs. Assigning licenses through AD groups to the users. Enabling joiners and leavers process and optimize number user licenses. Run user audits to ensure compliance with PCI and DTS risk compliance.
• Ensure non production systems are compliant with GDPR guidelines by ensuring test systems are profiled for PII and any identified PII field has been obfuscated whilst ensuring end to end integrity for data across the systems.
• Maintain costings of the environments and provide forecasts on env spent. Review env utilization and decom unused envs to save licensing costs for SaaS and costs in terms of IaaS, PaaS in AWS platform. EDM also ensures Environments are rightly sized and maintains the correct Tshirt size depending on the testing requirements interms of storage too.
• EDM Work with Dev and Testing teams to put together env strategy to ensure route to prod for changes such as:

- Project related changes (New MVPs)
- Platform related changes
- Production fixes and
- concurrent releases, incremental or feature based releases.

Key Skills and Experience :

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to identify complex problems and find creative solutions
• Proven track record of successfully delivering test environments and managing conflict within complex technology projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Understanding of testing processes and how they fit within the project delivery processes
• Excellent communication skills to provide management support to all stakeholders involved. Able to liaise across all support areas in the organization.
• High levels of commitment and personal accountability and a passion to constantly challenge and improve existing processes to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Shows initiative and makes time available to ensure general technical competencies and specialist knowledge is kept up-to-date in line with industry developments
• Proven ability to respond well to change and maintain flexibility while keeping focus on objectives
• Strong team player, but must also be able to drive tasks independently
