Job Summary

Data - Join our dynamic team as a TL-Performing Servicing professional where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel to enhance our mortgage servicing operations. With 6 to 8 years of experience you will play a crucial role in investor accounting and reporting as well as loan administration. This night shift office-based role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and contribute to the financial well-being of our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of mortgage servicing to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and report on servicing data driving improvements in performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance investor accounting and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on loan administration focusing on optimizing processes and reducing errors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex servicing issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in mortgage servicing.
  • Support the development and training of team members to build a high-performing team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of servicing systems and tools.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process automation and technology enhancements.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis capabilities.
  • Have experience in investor accounting and reporting within the mortgage loan domain.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of loan administration processes and best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a night shift office-based environment.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Hold a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
