ABOUT THE ROLE

The Global Head of Transformation leads the enterprise-wide transformation agenda, for BFSI IOA with a strong focus on AI‑driven modernization, operating model redesign, digital acceleration, and organizational change. These executive drives strategy, execution, and scaling of AI initiatives to improve revenue growth, cost efficiency, customer experience, and competitive differentiation including delivery of specialized AI Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Strategy & Vision

· Define and lead the enterprise-wide AI transformation strategy, aligning it with business objectives.

· Identify high‑impact AI, automation, and data modernization opportunities across business units.

· Establish AI governance, ethics, model risk frameworks, and responsible AI principles.

Transformation Leadership

· Lead major cross‑functional transformation programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

· Partner with C-suite leaders (CIO, COO, CHRO, CFO, CDO, etc.) to drive adoption of new operating models.

· Build new capabilities in Agentic AI, GenAI, ML, predictive analytics, and automation.

Operating Model & Process Redesign

· Reimagine core business processes using AI, advanced analytics, and automation.

· Drive enterprise‑wide process standardization, simplification, and intelligent workflows.

Technology & Data Enablement

· Partner with the CIO/CDO to modernize the data, cloud, and application landscape.

Organization Change & Culture

· Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and data-driven decision making.

· Lead workforce transformation, including AI skill uplift, role redesign, and talent strategy.

· Oversee communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Financial & Business Outcomes

· Own transformation KPIs such as productivity gains, revenue expansion, cost takeout, and customer experience improvements.

· Build ROI cases for AI initiatives and track measurable outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

· 20–25+ years of experience in transformation leadership with last 5 years in AI consulting, and AI enterprise strategy.

· Proven track record leading large-scale AI, digital, or business transformation programs.

· Experience working with global teams and complex enterprise environments.

Technical & Functional Skills

· Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI platforms, automation technologies, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise data architecture.

· Deep understanding of business process transformation, operating model redesign, and organizational change frameworks.

· Expertise in metrics-driven program governance and value realization.

Leadership Competencies

· Executive presence with ability to influence board-level stakeholders.

· Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.

· Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in matrixed global organizations.
