Job Summary
The SPE-Policy Servicing role is designed for professionals with 3 to 4 years of experience focusing on efficient policy management within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This hybrid position requires proficiency in MS Office and offers the opportunity to contribute to the companys success by ensuring seamless policy servicing and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive reports on policy servicing activities to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of policy servicing protocols and tools.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored policy solutions that align with company standards.
- Monitor industry trends in Property & Casualty Insurance to keep the team informed and adaptable to changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all policy servicing activities to maintain company integrity.
- Support the development of innovative solutions to improve policy servicing processes and customer engagement.
- Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in policy servicing. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage and document policy servicing tasks efficiently.
- Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance enhancing the ability to address domain-specific challenges.

Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Property & Casualty Insurance Certification is a plus.
