Job Summary

This position is in the Logistics Compliance team which makes sure physical deliveries happen on schedule and compliantly. The compliance coordinator should have experience applying applicable trade compliance rules regulations and policies to manage compliant import/export operations around the world - e.g. Americas (U.S. Canada LATAM) APAC and EMEA. They should interact and influence at all levels throughout a large geographically dispersed company and strong negotiation skills.

As a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst, you will make an impact by Provide project management and subject matter support for key business units with their strategic initiatives.

You will be a valued member of the Logistics Compliance team team and work collaboratively with Americas (U.S. Canada LATAM) APAC and EMEA.

In this role, you will:

Provide project management and subject matter support for key business units with their strategic initiatives.

Work closely with cross functional team members including Legal and Tax to ensure imports exports take place in a compliant manner.

Assist global team members to ensure timely clearance instructions are provided to customs brokers and problem shipments are addressed.

Help process the Move Order Requests MORs which are placed from various.

warehouses across a number of locations both client and non-client sites.

Review and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices.

Support creation of Manual Trade documents as needed.

Maintain brokerage performance reports.

Review and approve commercial invoices generated for order types.

Coordinate and resolve or escalate where required inbound international shipments held at customs.

Carry out emerging markets research to determine shipping and compliance regulations in new locations.

Provide location Code management within the provided commercial invoice tool used Internally.

Manage the process of receiving MORs and Supply Chain Portal SR requests to confirm delivery by carriers.

Manage Order Form entry via internal systems.

Support all Tax and Customs audits in alignment with Legal Regional Team Audit all supporting documentation provided by external partners to ensure compliance on all FCPA and Anti Bribery requirements.

Complete Due Diligence on all external parties in alignment with Legal requirements.

Monitor and manage all PII and Denied Party Screening requests.

Approval of all Trade Docs CI Commercial Invoices PL Packing Lists and AWBAirway Bills in 24 business hours.

Approval of all Dangerous Goods shipments within 24 business hours.

Should be able to complete Country Research within 96 business hours and Complete classificationvaluation requests within 24 business hours.

Initial response to any Audits Tax Customs Legal or otherwise in 8 business hours Experience

Skills

Experience in logistics compliance industry inventory or warehousemanagement.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Technological savviness.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.

Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.

Strong problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Able to work independently motivated proactive attitude with a passion for learning

and creative problem solving.

Experience in trade compliance and international shipping processes Understanding of tariff classification HTS.
