Job Summary
The Sr. Technology Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. With a focus on SFDC Development and Customization the candidate will ensure seamless integration and optimization of Salesforce platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps Sales Cloud and Lightning contributing to the companys growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce platforms.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to optimize performance and user experience.
- Oversee the configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning to align with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce DevOps to streamline deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in Salesforce implementations.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for Salesforce enhancements.
- Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce configurations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support Salesforce users.
- Monitor Salesforce system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive innovation by exploring new Salesforce features and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Have a strong background in Salesforce DevOps ensuring efficient deployment and management.
- Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud and Lightning optimizing user engagement.
- Exhibit knowledge of SFDC Configuration enhancing system functionality.
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance is advantageous ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Hold a relevant certification such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect validating expertise.
