Job Summary
As a Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. You will work on SFDC Development and Customization ensuring seamless integration and configuration. Your expertise will drive innovation in the Process Manufacturing Industry enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- AI skills: Practical experience with contemporary AI platforms (Salesforce AI, Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, ETC) or building/customizing LLMs; covering secure integration, prompt engineering, evaluation/metrics, and guardrails.
- Architect, develop, and optimize Apex (classes, triggers, async), LWC/Aura, and Flows with scalable data models and robust error handling.
- Build integrations (REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events) and maintain reliable release runbooks and rollback procedures.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, drive root‑cause analysis and deliver resilient fixes.
- Lead Git/GitHub workflows: branching (feature/hotfix/release), pull request reviews, code quality gates, and release governance.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions (or equivalent): Validations, automated tests, and gated deployments from sandboxes to production.
- Own environment strategy: Dev Hub, scratch orgs, sandbox refresh/masking, data seeding, backups, and restores
- Ensure platform security and compliance (CRUD/FLS/sharing) and enforce performance best practices (bulkification, limits, transactions)
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely, business‑friendly resolutions
- Write clear technical documentation, deployment guides, automation runbooks, and support/admin knowledge articles
- Mentor junior developers/DevOps engineers: lead code reviews, pair programming, design guidance, and best‑practice coaching (Apex/LWC, CI/CD, security, performance)
- Knowledge on Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development and Customization showcasing a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Exhibit expertise in SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity and security within Salesforce applications.
- Possess experience in SFDC Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning optimizing service delivery processes.
- Have a solid understanding of SFDC Lightning to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Show capability in SFDC Integration ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Experience in SFDC Configuration aligning Salesforce systems with organizational needs.
- Familiarity with the Process Manufacturing Industry is a plus providing insights into industry-specific challenges and solutions.
