Job Summary

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in customer service ensuring client satisfaction and efficient claims resolution.
  • Possess strong communication skills in Spanish both written and spoken to enhance client interactions.
  • Have experience in workers compensation claims providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Show adaptability in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office tasks effectively.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and analytical skills to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all activities.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in client interactions enhancing service delivery.


Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
