Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Claims Adjudication Specialist where you will play a crucial role in processing and evaluating insurance claims efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of claims adjudication processes. You will work from our office during night shifts ensuring timely and accurate claim resolutions that support our companys mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process insurance claims with precision to ensure accurate adjudication and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to review claims and identify discrepancies or errors in documentation.
  • Utilize claims adjudication software to input and update claim information maintaining data integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the adjudication process.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on claim analysis.
  • Monitor claim status and follow up on pending claims to expedite processing.
  • Assist in resolving complex claim issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of claim activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through efficient claim management.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate claim resolutions. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in claims adjudication processes and software applications.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate and process claims effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Show attention to detail in reviewing and processing claim documentation.
  • Have a basic understanding of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Display problem-solving abilities to address claim discrepancies and issues.
  • Be adaptable to night shift work schedule and office-based work model.


Certifications Required

Certified Claims Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification in claims adjudication.
