Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst where you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Sharepoint and other tools to drive business solutions. With 4 to 6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing requirements and engaging with stakeholders. This night shift office-based role offers an opportunity to enhance user experience and contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Utilize SQL to extract manipulate and analyze data for informed decision-making and reporting.
- Manage and maintain Sharepoint sites to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Employ whiteboarding tools to visualize and communicate complex ideas and processes clearly.
- Oversee the requirement lifecycle management to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Engage in stakeholder management to build strong relationships and ensure project success.
- Utilize Jira for tracking project progress managing tasks and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Enhance user experience by incorporating feedback and best practices into project designs.
- Contribute to prototyping efforts to visualize and test potential solutions before implementation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and drive efficiency.
- Communicate effectively in English both written and spoken to ensure clarity and understanding across teams.
- Work collaboratively in a night shift office-based environment to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in SQL Sharepoint and requirement lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder management and Jira for effective project tracking.
- Experience with whiteboarding tools is essential for visual communication.
- Nice to have skills in user experience and prototyping to enhance project outcomes.
- Excellent command of English language skills for effective communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
- Must be amenable to work on a night shift schedule (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
- Should be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, 5 days a week.
