Job Summary

As a Sr. Functional Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing SAP APO solutions to optimize supply chain processes. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation within the organization ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP APO solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the integration of SAP APO modules including Service Parts Planning GATP Demand Planning SNP and PP-DS ensuring seamless functionality.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP APO best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP APO solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP APO processes and configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of SAP APO solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations and minimal downtime.
• Implement innovative solutions to address complex supply chain challenges and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP APO implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align SAP APO solutions with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Provide technical support and expertise to resolve SAP APO-related issues and queries.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and efficiency of SAP APO systems. Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in SAP APO modules including Service Parts Planning GATP Demand Planning SNP and PP-DS.
• Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Showcase proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Have a proven track record of successful SAP APO implementations and optimizations.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues and improvements.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications in SAP APO being highly desirable.
