Job Summary

Join our team as a SPE-Provider Services specialist where you will leverage your expertise in Facets - Provider to enhance our healthcare solutions. With 3 to 5 years of experience you will play a crucial role in optimizing provider services ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys mission of improving healthcare delivery. This role requires night shifts and proficiency in English.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze provider service requirements and implement solutions using Facets
  • Provider to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of provider services within the healthcare system.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for provider service processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Facets
  • Provider related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans for provider services.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all provider service operations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Facets
  • Provider functionalities.
  • Implement best practices for provider service management to optimize resource utilization and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits of provider services to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in provider service technologies.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize your domain expertise in credentialing and re-credentialing to streamline provider onboarding processes.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Facets
  • Provider with proven experience in healthcare solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in credentialing and re-credentialing processes to support provider service enhancements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in provider services within the healthcare industry.
  • Show ability to work efficiently in night shifts to meet operational demands.
  • Display strong analytical skills to identify and resolve provider service issues promptly.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
