Job Summary

As a Product Specialist you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our ASPEN IP.21 Historian systems. Your expertise will drive improvements in data management and analysis supporting our process manufacturing operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will ensure seamless integration and functionality contributing to the companys efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance ASPEN IP.21 Historian systems ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Analyze system requirements and provide solutions to improve data management processes within the process manufacturing industry.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient data collection and storage maximizing the utility of ASPEN IP.21 Historian.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users facilitating effective utilization of ASPEN IP.21 Historian features.
• Coordinate with IT teams to integrate ASPEN IP.21 Historian with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
• Lead training sessions for staff to enhance their understanding and use of ASPEN IP.21 Historian.
• Document system configurations and changes maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance data management capabilities within the process manufacturing domain.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor ASPEN IP.21 Historian functionalities accordingly.
• Drive innovation by proposing enhancements to existing systems contributing to the companys competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical expertise in ASPEN IP.21 Historian with a proven track record in system optimization.
• Demonstrate experience in the process manufacturing industry understanding its unique data management challenges.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills capable of addressing complex technical issues efficiently.
• Show proficiency in data analysis and interpretation leveraging insights to drive operational improvements.
• Have strong communication skills able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Display adaptability to hybrid work environments balancing remote and on-site responsibilities seamlessly.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies in data management.
