Oracle IDM Developer/Application Support
Job Description
• Should have at least 5+ years of experience with specific experience in Oracle Identity Management (OIM 12c).
• Experience in working with OIM connectors (Custom/OOTB).
• Thorough with complete cycle of OIM implementation including installation, configuration, and Implementation.
• Integration experience of OIM with source systems – HRMS systems, Databases, Custom stores and different target systems – Databases, LDAP Directories, Legacy systems.
• Exposure on troubleshooting critical OIM issues.
• Experience in User Lifecycle Management processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access requests. Defining and enforcing access policies and workflows and managing user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Working knowledge of OIM Schedulers including details of reconciliation processes.
• Clear Understanding of OIM Adapters and Event handlers.
• Experience on development of Custom connector using ICF framework, Custom event handler, Custom Scheduled task and Custom Adapters, GTC Connector implementation and configuration.
• Working knowledge on Database like creating SQL queries, Views, Stored Procedures
• Experience in OIM to OID integration with configuration for group provisioning and authentication services.
• Experience in configuration of Single Sign-On and Multi Factor Authentication services leveraging OAM and OID.
Roles and responsibilities
Administration and Maintenance
#Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within OIM.
#Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and upgrades.
#Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
User Lifecycle Management:
#Handle user onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
#Define and enforce access policies and workflows.
#Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Access Governance:
#Implement and maintain access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance policies.
