Job Summary

As a Sr. Consultant specializing in BlueYonder TMS you will play a pivotal role in optimizing transportation management systems to enhance operational efficiency. With a focus on customer service and in-store vendor management you will contribute to seamless logistics operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment driving impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of BlueYonder TMS to streamline transportation processes and improve efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of customer service protocols within the transportation management system to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance on in-store vendor management strategies to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transportation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of BlueYonder TMS.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Implement best practices for transportation management to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance transportation management capabilities.
• Support the development of strategic plans to expand the use of BlueYonder TMS across the organization.
• Drive initiatives that align with the companys sustainability goals and contribute to positive societal impact.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in BlueYonder TMS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate experience in customer service and in-store vendor management showcasing the ability to enhance operational efficiency.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret transportation data and provide actionable insights.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Have a solid understanding of transportation management best practices and cost-reduction strategies.
• Display effective communication skills to facilitate vendor and team interactions.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in transportation management being a plus.
