Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Kinaxis solutions to optimize sales and operations planning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis tools into existing workflows
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can enhance demand planning accuracy
• Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals to support ongoing projects and initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kinaxis applications ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kinaxis software updates and industry best practices
• Design and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Kinaxis solutions
• Document processes and provide training to team members on effective use of Kinaxis tools
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Kinaxis-related activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and outcomes
• Support strategic decision-making by providing insights derived from Kinaxis data analysis

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Sales & Ops Planning and Demand Planning showcasing a deep understanding of these modules
• Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges effectively
• Show experience in hybrid work environments adapting to both remote and in-office settings
• Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to planning processes
