As a Senior Manager, Consulting you will make an impact by leveraging your expertise in Life and Annuity (L&A) insurance processes to drive the development and configuration of Life Insurance systems. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and clients.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a business analyst for the development and configuration of Life Insurance systems, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Lead and contribute to at least two full implementation cycles for standard COTS systems, preferably FAST, ALIP, or OIPA.
- Apply your 8+ years of experience in the Insurance Domain, with a focus on Life, Annuity, and Supplemental Health.
- Utilize design thinking to navigate fast-paced and ambiguous project environments.
- Employ comprehensive requirement elicitation techniques and develop detailed specifications.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Life and Annuity insurance processes.
- Experience as a business analyst for development/configuration of Life Insurance systems.
- Minimum 2 full implementation cycles for a standard COTS system (preferably FAST/ALIP/OIPA).
- 8+ years of experience in the Insurance Domain, with Life, Annuity & Supplemental Health.
- Strong design thinking skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
- Comprehensive understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and specifications.
- Knowledge and experience in New Business, Correspondence, and Reporting.
- Experience working for North America L&A Carriers.
- LOMA Certification.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
