Job Summary
Own end-to-end IT services at a specific site MLL denotes site and line ensure service availability on-site support and local vendor coordination.
Will work with JnJ Technology Services and Global MLL team using JIRA to open projects gather and document requirements and deliver onsite projects. Also responsibilities approving IT changes in a controlled change management process securing maintenance windows and onsite testing of changes.
Responsibilities
Service ownership with ITIL practices incident problem change SLA management
On-site operations management and stakeholder liaison for the location
Vendor coordination facilities & asset management
Monitoring and capacity planning for local services
Strong incident escalation and disaster recovery planning
- Tools: ServiceNow or other ITSM monitoring tools ticketing systems
Clear reporting on site-level KPIs and continuous improvement
Nice-to-have certifications
Experience in hybrid worksite IT models endpoint management solutions
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation facility/operations management training

Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $111,500 – $131,000 + COLA+ Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
