Job Summary

The Engagement Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the Life and Annuity domain. With a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and project efficiency the role requires a deep understanding of industry practices. The candidate will work from the office during night shifts ensuring seamless project execution and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Life and Annuity domain ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution maintaining high levels of communication and collaboration.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations translating them into actionable project plans.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and reviews ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project objectives.
• Utilize technical expertise in the Life and Annuity domain to address complex project challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively ensuring financial targets are met and value is delivered to clients.
• Support the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to improve project delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in the Life and Annuity domain with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Display analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Certifications Required

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Life and Annuity Professional (CLAP)
