As a Senior Python Full stack Engineer, you will be embedded within the account, contributing to the development and modernization of insurance platforms, client portals, and AI-driven solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that support global commercial insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and JavaScript (React, TypeScript).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts across the client’s engineering team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in fullstack development with strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (both).
- Experience with React, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including serverless architecture and data orchestration tools.
- Understanding of insurance domain workflows or prior experience in financial services is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML integration or data engineering (e.g., PySpark, Azure Databricks).
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines, scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys), and event-driven architecture.

- The salary range for this position is from 4.485 to 5.950 Euro gross before taxes.*
