About the role


As a SAP GRC Security & Authorizations (S&A) Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting end-to-end SAP GRC implementations and rollouts that enhance security, compliance, and risk mitigation across enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team, collaborating with senior consultants and business stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant system access.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in SAP GRC Access Control and Security implementations and rollouts.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and configuring GRC S&A processes.
  • Support role design, user provisioning, and authorization management.
  • Contribute to workshops, training sessions, documentation efforts, and user support.
  • Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing, help resolve defects, and provide post–go-live support and continuous improvements.

Work model


This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible and support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs. What you need to have to be considered

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control and Security implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of GRC components including Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Role Management, and User Provisioning.
  • Experience with SAP authorization concepts, role design, and compliance frameworks.
  • Participation in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP GRC implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

These will help you stand out

  • Experience in S/4HANA environments.
  • Background in regulated industries such as pharma, banking, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
